Video Copilot’s 100th Tutorial!

31 12 2009

Video Copilot, a known site for VFX and Moti0n Graphers headed by Andrew Kramer has released their 100th Tutorial already last December 23 and they are covering how to make Glass Orbs entirely made with After Effects alone with no plug-ins. It covers a great overview on how to use the CC Sphere effect because with the tutorial you will be able to learn how to  build a proper spherical map and utilize its raytrace capabilities. On a personal note, this tutorial could also help you achieve how to make a 3D illusion.
