Expecting Too Much

Last July 10 was our school’s Acquaintance Party. It was a lot of fun since the students got what they want. I heard alot of positive feedbacks and i’m so encouraged from it. But despite all the fun,comments and all those stuff there’s still things that went bad. One thing for example would be maybe the food; a week before the event there were teachers and some officers from the student council sent out for a food tasting. I have recieved reports coming from the officers we sent out that the food were great and all but on the day of the event the food wasn’t that excellent. I recieved pretty negative feedbacks from the food…  And it wasn’t only the food but the video we prepared. After it was shown no one even clapped; maybe it was because of the crappy sound but still the video overall was kinda crappy(that’s why I didn’t post it on the net). But maybe it was because we were expecting too much we ended up dissapointed. Yes there were lots of people that enjoyed the party but as they say, “you can’t please everyone”. Expecting too much  may only lead you not doing your part because you are too busy expecting and even ending up very dissapointed.
